The carving process is carried out with pantograph and carved exclusively by hand, without the use of molds. Every detail is thus attended to and executed according to tradition. The unique and inimitable polishing, which consists of 12 steps that follow a strict artisanal process, uses water and sludge dyes with natural earths protected by opaque varnishes, all finished with a coat of beeswax to give the final shine.
